The product is excellent, however, the courier who is entrusted with delivering the parcel is inefficient and unreliable. I have been in touch with customer service to document the bad delivery service. This is the second plushie order that I made, and both times the delivery has let down your business. I would be interested to know if other customers in this area have had a similar experience. I am sorry to post this review, but it is authentic and honest.
